What Does this chest X-ray Test Result Mean? 

Xray Result Chest: Suspicious densities noted at the right apex. trachea midline. Intact costophrenic sinuses. Smooth diaphragmatic leaves. cardiac silhouette not enlarged transversely. Rest of the visualized soft and osseous tissues are unremarkable. Impression: Suggest Apico-Lordotic view for further evaluation of the right apex.

This could mean either pneumonia or tuberculosis of a lung mass so he also needs bronchoscopy and a ct scan of his lungs
